We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister, all MP's and House of Lords to put an end to the current fiasco namely the bank charge test case. The case has dragged on for over 2 years and although the case has been won twice by the OFT, it is sill being appealed by the banks.

We further petition that all banks are made to follow the RBS/Nat West's lead in dramatically reducing there charges as of 1st Oct 2009.
